Placing Orders
How do I place an order?
Add the items that you would like to purchase to your cart and click “check out”. We will require you to create an account before placing an order.
What are our delivery time-frames?
All orders placed before 12pm will be delivered on the same day between 3pm and 6pm.

Can the food be left at reception?
Yes it can, please leave a comment during check-out so we can arrange with the delivery driver.
Can the rider wait for me at this area?
Yes it can, please leave a comment during check-out so we can arrange with the delivery driver. He will wait for a maximum of 5 mins.
Can the delivery rider come up to my floor?
Yes it can, please leave a comment during check-out so we can arrange with the delivery driver.
How much does delivery cost at GFP?
Delivery is free over $100 spend or $10 under $100 spend.
Are there any locations that you do not deliver to?
We deliver anywhere on mainland Singapore.
Issues
What do I do if I received the wrong order?
We apologise for sending you the wrong items. Please contact us at 6910 5583 and we will rectify it.

Can I track the delivery of my order?
Not at the moment, but please contact us at 69105583 should you have any concerns about your order.
Changes and Cancellations
How do I change my delivery address?
Please call us at 6910 5583 to make any changes to address. We will try our best to accomodate your request if the order has not been processed yet.

How do I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled after it has been placed.

What are the available payment methods?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex.
How do I request for a refund?

Can I get a receipt/invoice for my order?
An invoice is automatically sent to you when you check out. Please contact us at info@goodfoodpeople.sg if you did not receive one.
Products
What is the shelf life of your products?
It depends on which item you purchase. Our fresh produce are best consumed within 5 days while our frozen products, dry goods and pastes can last up to 6 months.
Are your products cerified Halal?
No they are not, but our products are all plant-based and have no animal products or byproducts.
Recipes
Can I substitute some of the ingredients?
Yes you can substitute the ingredients with anything you like! Our recipes are very flexible.
Can I keep the recipes overnight?
It is best to consume everything within the same day.
What are the nutritional information for your recipes?
All the nutritional information can be found in each recipe page of our website.
Do you have email updates on new recipes?
We share some of our new recipes via email each month, but if you would like to be the first to know about our new recipes, please follow us on our social media channels.
Do you offer vegeterian and vegan recipes?
We only offer vegan recipes as we are a plant-based online marketplace.
How frequent do you release new recipes?
We release new recipes every 1-2 weeks.
